Administration Specialist

Job description
- Drawing up company documentation, letters, analyses, reports, and breakdowns
- Cooperation with all company departments in the company’s everyday business activities, including the management board
- Entering data in the speed interlan system
- Administrative support of the team
- Procurement and purchase of office supplies
- Issuing invoices
Our requirements
- Individuals with no experience are welcome
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel
- Thoroughness, independence, punctuality in completing tasks
- Knowledge of English in speaking and writing at least at the level A2

International Dispatcher

Job description
- Management of the fleet of vehicles and subordinate drivers on international routes and supervision over correct and punctual execution of transports
- Management and optimisation of transport routes
- Resolving problems and crisis situations on an ongoing basis, e.g. delays, failures.
- Inspection and monitoring of drivers’ work
- Documentation management in the field relating to the job description
- Cooperation with all company departments
- Drawing up reports on the fleet after inspections
- Operation of the internal IT system and the GPS system
- Taking care of the positive image of the company
Our requirements
- Commitment is key
- Knowledge of English or German will be an asset
- Very good work organisation for the work to go smoothly and pleasantly
- Readiness for constant development in order to overcome your own limits, initially regarded as unsurmountable
- Availability
- At least one year’s experience in logistics
