We specialise in the international road transport of pharmaceuticals and high-value goods consistent with GDP and TAPA TSR1 requirements. The quality of our services is confirmed by numerous certificates.

We apply an integrated safety management system, which is the result of not just investments, but most of all of nearly 20 years of experience in an extremely demanding environment. We know how to provide transport services requiring the strictest standards in different countries (Europe, North Africa, Asia). We are qualified in the field of legal and customs procedures, which allows us to complete even the most demanding orders.

What are our quality management procedures?
- Your goods are handled by adequately trained staff – our workers gain valuable knowledge not only during internal trainings. We delegate individuals involved in the transport of sensitive items to reputable training organisations, such as TUV SUD and SGS Polska.
- Our vehicles are fully adapted to the transport of the most demanding goods – they guarantee transport safety and maintaining required temperatures.
- We are aware of the importance of information and prompt response in crisis situations – we have a clearly defined communication path at each transport state. This allows us to quickly respond to all questions of our clients and to inform them on the order status on a current basis.
- Distributors who order transport of high-quality goods require information on their shipment. Our clients are provided with an application which allows for a 24/7 monitoring of the vehicle’s whereabouts and the conditions in which their goods are being transported, as well as controlling when the semi-trailer is open/closed.
- Control of the conditions in the cargo space constitutes a crucial element of the supply chain. Our operations department monitors these conditions through a user-friendly telematic system. On top of that, each time we generate temperature alerts, which in the event of an uncontrolled drop or rise in the temperature notify the forwarder and the driver.
