Do you have relevant certificates authorising you to transport meds?
In 2019 we implemented the quality management system ISO 9001:2005, as well as the Good Distribution Practice certificate, the most important in transporting pharmaceuticals. Since then we have been operating following these principles.
How do you monitor temperature during transport?
Our forwarders set temperature alerts after each loading. In the event of an uncontrolled rise or drop in temperature, the forwarder and the driver receive a text message.
How do you ensure that the appropriate transport temperature is maintained?
We have a GPS system which allows us to monitor temperature online 24/7. Additionally, our drivers generate control printout during transport.
Is my cargo safe during transport?
Each of our refrigerated trucks is fully secured. We guarantee double protections: mechanical SBS locks, and electronic locks – compliant with the strictest requirements of TAPA TSR level 1. Thanks to our telematic systems, unauthorised door opened alerts are set after each loading. It is also possible to set a virtual corridor for the movement of the refrigerated truck (geofence function). The vehicle cabin is furnished with panic buttons. During transport our vehicles stop only in secure car parks and our drivers are trained in dealing with crisis situations.
