International Dispatcher

In the company’s branch: Aleje Jerozolimskie 136, Ochota, Warsaw

Management of the fleet of vehicles and subordinate drivers on international routes and supervision over correct and punctual execution of transports
Management and optimisation of transport routes
Resolving problems and crisis situations on an ongoing basis, e.g. delays, failures.
Inspection and monitoring of drivers’ work
Documentation management in the field relating to the job description
Cooperation with all company departments
Drawing up reports on the fleet after inspections
Operation of the internal IT system and the GPS system
Taking care of the positive image of the company

Commitment is key
Knowledge of English or German will be an asset
Very good work organisation for the work to go smoothly and pleasantly
Readiness for constant development in order to overcome your own limits, initially regarded as unsurmountable
Availability
At least one year’s experience in logistics
